Mantra Chant & BENEFITS –> 4 Steps – 41 Days – 1 Round Mala
Chanting with mindfulness and devotion offers significant benefits, allowing practitioners to experience profound spiritual gains. This practice can be undertaken independently, without the guidance of a guru, by choosing a specific name (nama) for japa, or chanting, ideally completing at least one mala or more. It’s common for concentration to fluctuate during japa, but this doesn’t diminish the practice’s effectiveness. In contrast, dhyana, or meditation, requires a steady mind and focused concentration, which can be developed over time through consistent practice.
